In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Add ice and shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. |

Emerald Soda |
1 shot white rum, fresh mint leaves, 1/3 mint liquor or syrup (green), lime wedge, fresh mint leaves, 2 shot soda |
Prepare tall glass and sit lime wedge on glass rim. Pour solid square ice cubes until near top. Put one stalk of mint in between ice. Pour rum, followed quickly by soda. Pour mint syrup/liquor trying to cover all the ice in green. |
