Shake whisky, egg white, and blue curaçao together in a shaker without ice. Sift and pour mixture into glass. Pour ice into glass to prechill, pour chilled soda. Wipe off excess foam. Top with garnish, can be a rose or lemon slice or anything else. |

Pour the coffee into a preheated glass, add whiskey and sugar, and stir until dissolved. Pour cream slowly to form a distinct layer. |

45ml whisky (bourbon/rye/scotch all work), 1 sugar cube/15ml syrup, 1-12 dash bitters, orange peel |
Pour sweetener and bitters at bottom of rocks glass and muddle, add ice, add whisky, burn rind of orange peel and squeeze onto match, then drop into glass and stir. |

45ml whisky (scotch), 25ml flower based honey |
Pour all ingredients directly into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir gently. |

50ml rye whiskey, 1ml absinthe, one sugar cube, two dashes flower bitters |
Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with the absinthe, add crushed ice, and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass, and strain the drink into the glass. Add the lemon peel for garnish. |
